All our chickens are raised on trusted farms under strict animal welfare and food safety guidelines. Our processing and freezing methods adhere to hygiene and sustainability standards to ensure product freshness, flavor, and nutritional value.

Please Note:

• Products are perishable and must be stored as instructed upon delivery.

• We do not guarantee quality if storage guidelines are not followed.

3. Orders & Delivery

• Orders can be placed via phone or email.

• Bulk or custom orders may require advance notice and confirmation.

• Delivery timelines depend on location, order volume, and availability. We strive to ensure timely deliveries but are not liable for delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment terms are based on mutual agreement at the time of order confirmation. Late payments may attract additional charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns unless the product is delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.

• Any concerns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof.

• Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery details.

• Ensuring someone is available to receive and properly store the products at the time of delivery.

• Verifying the order upon delivery and reporting discrepancies immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

CRYO Poultry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including improper storage or handling after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and communication from CRYO Poultry (logos, images, text, etc.) are the intellectual property of CRYO Poultry and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
